Roll every pancake up and cut it into stripes. Put a handful from the stripes in every soup dish and fill the soup dish with broth.
Comment:
You need the pancakes without apricot jam and confectioner’s sugar, only the roasted dough.
Tip:
Don’t put the pancakes in the broth before you serve the pancake soup, this would make the pancake stripes soggy.

- Serve this soup as a starter with some pieces of white bread

I make this recipe and can be in the kitchen forever because my family keeps coming back for more! As pancakes with jelly on them or as the filling for soup, it doesn’t matter…I know I am making a ton of pancakes!
